Our Personal Wellness Coaching gives you a one on one session with our provider. Sessions can be booked for a half hour session or an hour depending on your particular needs at the time. You can tailor your session to what you feel you need the most. A session can be based around improving productivity and motivation or improving organization and visualization techniques.

Personal Trauma Coaching
Personal Trauma Coaching gives you a one on one session with our provider. You can either book a 30 minute session or an hour session. Sessions are very personalized to your particular trauma. We take into account whether the trauma is chronic and ongoing or if you are dealing with a traumatic experience from the past that effects you today. The sessions are safe and private and designed to help you heal. You can request sessions to learn particular skills such as EMDR, hypnosis, on the spot CBT as well as relaxation techniques. We offer techniques to help you deal with anger and sadness as well which often accompany trauma.
