Physical health assessment
In the physical health assessment we take an inventory of your current physical health and look at your goals of where you would like to be in the future. We make specific goals of where you would like to be in a designated period of time. These sessions are 30 minutes in length and tailored to your particular age and sex to help determine healthy eating plans and exercise regimens that will work for you.
